Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

PcTech offers a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects for its products that are used normally for their intended purposes, starting from the date of purchase by the original customer. The products must be contained in their original packaging.

Seven-Day Return Policy

Customers can return or exchange merchandise in new condition, with the original packaging and receipt, within seven days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. Certain exceptions and limitations apply.

Standard Warranty

After seven days, merchandise is no longer eligible for returns but can still be sent in for warranty claims as long as it falls within the standard warranty period.

Warranty Claims

Customers can make a warranty claim by bringing the following items to any Easy PC store:

PcTech will determine if the merchandise is defective and may replace it as necessary. Depending on stock availability, it may take up to 30 days to process a warranty claim. If the item is no longer available, customers will receive in-store credit that can be used to purchase items of equivalent value, or combined with cash to purchase items of higher value.

Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty is void in the following situations:

  • Any defects or damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural events
  • Any modifications or tampering
  • Any damage or loss of functionality due to product incompatibility
  • Any software issues
  • Expired warranty item
  • No sales receipt
  • The warranty does not cover the following items:
  • Corrosion
  • Missing components or soldered parts
  • Broken internal ports or connector pins
  • Burned PCB or chipset
  • Tampered or damaged serial number label
  • Surface glass cracks on LCD displays
  • Internal glass cracks on LCD displays
  • White spots on LCD displays
  • Black/line spots on LCD displays
  • Liquid damage on LCD displays
  • LCD corrosion
  • Surface scratches on LCD displays
  • Less than 5 dead pixels on LCD displays
  • Broken, cut, or missing cables
  • Damaged items caused by natural disasters.
