PcTech's in-house Logistics delivery is only available within Metro Manila and the surrounding areas of Rizal, Cavite, and Cebu. Purchases with express delivery will be delivered the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM, and the following day if ordered after 3:00 PM. Except during holidays, this will be delivered in 2-3 days via regular delivery.

PcTech now has Nationwide Delivery Coverage thanks to a strategic partnership with a third-party logistics provider, allowing us to service the rest of Luzon as well as Visayas and Mindanao. Our standard delivery lead times (as shown below) will apply to these additional areas, and there will be no express delivery options available.

For Express Delivery, successfully placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within 4 hours (Orders placed from 8:00am to 12:00nn) within Metro Manila only.

Important Notes:
  1. If you are unable to personally receive your order, please prepare an authorization letter and proof of the authorized person's identity (e.g. any government-issued ID). Please double-check that all of your ordered items have been delivered as specified in the delivery note, and then sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt before returning it to our logistics partner. A notification will be sent to keep you up to date on the status of your order. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
  2. You can now track your order in two ways: (1) click Track My Order in the uppermost menu on the website page, and (2) logged in to your account, select Order No and you will see the most recent status of your order, which will range from Received to Fulfilled, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
  3. Deliveries may be delayed due to inclement weather or delivery restrictions imposed by local quarantine authorities. Nonetheless, we will keep you informed and will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.
  4. Disclaimer: For items that are identified for special handling, a Customer Service Associate will reach to you to discuss the fulfillment and delivery details
    1. Bulky Items (Medium (14x10.5x7 inches) to XXL (20x16x12 inches) and Weight: More than 10 kgs) will not be available for same day delivery
    2. Multiple orders placed with same delivery address

Home Delivery

  1. Standard delivery lead times:
    • Metro Manila and neighboring areas - 2 to 3 days
    • Other parts of Luzon - 3 to 5 days
    • Visayas and Mindanao - 5 to 7 days
  2. Express or same day delivery has a minimum P200 charge which is viewable upon check-out.
  3. Delivery charges are visible on the order summary page prior to checkout.
