Returns

Customers seeking refunds may contact PcTech via chat, message the EasyPC Facebook page, or email salespctech@gmail.com.ph. Customer Service Associates are available to help from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

PcTech's return policy, which includes exclusions and limitations, applies to items purchased within the 7-day outright replacement warranty. Please see the warranty page for more information. Replacements are processed within 7-15 days.

There is a ONE (1) YEAR service warranty from the date of item purchase after 7 days. There are exclusions and limitations. Please see the warranty page for more information. It takes 30-45 days to process a service warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to the terms of the warranty. Given that the item is returned within the first 7 days of purchase and in its original packaging. EasyPC reserves the right to refuse refund requests based on misuse, improper handling, missing accessories/packaging, and incorrect orders.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items are compatible. For item-specific compatibility questions, please send a message through the PcTech channels.

Unless otherwise agreed, successful refund requests will be processed using the method of payment used. The entire refund process takes 7-15 days to complete.
